PACKAGE DEALS

A:  "Starter package": (commonly for new members who want to support more than with membership, members who do not have any services, etc.) newsletter business card ad, no website ads, membership book business card ad, one regular

class sponsorship per show.  Annual cost: $95 value for $80 (16% savings)

B:  "Warm up package":  newsletter ad ½ page, website sale ad for a year, ½ page in the membership book, and 2 regular classes and 1 championship class per show.  Annual cost:  $255 value for $215(16% savings)

C: "Big Supporter package":  full page newsletter, website sales ad and website farm home page, inside cover of membership book, and $100 of sponsorship per show.  Annual cost:  $675 value for $5500 (18.5% savings)

D:  "National Champion Supporter package":  full page newsletter, website sale ad and website farm home page, back cover of membership book, $200 of sponsorship per show. Annual cost:  $885 value for $700 (21% savings)

Please note that advertising for covers is on an as available basis.

Additional benefits:  Those members who purchase promotional package deals will be listed in the annual membership directory under a heading of the type of package they buy, ie. Big Supporter, etc.  They will also be listed on the website in their category of support.

Advantages of promotional packages for the individual members:  simplify the annual paying of individual fees for multiple items, increases exposure through more locations and variety of placements of advertising/support; saves significant money by paying in one lump sum, enables members to support the region.

Advantages for the region:  simplifies solicitation of ads and support, potential to bring in more money earlier in the year when members buy packages, more fully utilizes our services (newsletters, website, etc.), allows region to give benefit back to the membership,
